Terms of Service

By accessing or using rickashayrewards.gg (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to every visitor and every registered member. We may ask you to accept updated terms from time to time as the Site evolves.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — to use this Site or take part in any reward. Gambling must be legal in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the Site if you are self-excluded from gambling services, or if you are a member of the Rickashay or Stake team involved in running these promotions.

To earn rewards you may link third-party accounts such as Stake, Kick and Discord, and add a crypto withdrawal address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

One person may hold one account. You must give accurate information and keep your linked accounts up to date so we can verify and pay rewards correctly.

To qualify for most rewards you must be registered on Stake under code RICKASHAY, with your play tracked to that code through Stake’s affiliate program.

Signing up under a different code, or switching codes during a period, may make you ineligible for some or all rewards for that period.

Rickashay is an independent content creator and affiliate. The Site is a free rewards and community platform — it is not a casino, sportsbook or gambling operator, and you cannot place bets, deposit or gamble on the Site.

Rickashay is not owned, operated or endorsed by Stake. All promotions on the Site are provided by Rickashay, not by Stake.

Every leaderboard, mission, level-up bonus, challenge, bonus hunt, tournament, giveaway, raffle, welcome bonus, coin reward and store item is a free, discretionary promotion run by Rickashay.

We may add, change, pause, or end any promotion, and change its rules, prizes, amounts or eligibility, at any time and without notice. No promotion is a guarantee of a prize.

Enter by the method shown for each event. Giveaways are free to enter. A raffle may be entered by a free method (such as an eligible social post) or by qualifying play on code RICKASHAY, depending on how that raffle is configured — the entry method and any requirements (for example being linked and on the code) are shown on the event itself.

Winners are selected at random or by ticket weighting as described for the event, and are announced on stream, in Discord and/or on the Site. Prizes are delivered to your linked account within the stated window. One person may not enter using multiple accounts or identities. If a winner cannot be verified or contacted, or is found to have breached these Terms, we may re-draw. Void where prohibited by law.

Challenges (bounties) require a qualifying real bet placed on the code, verified against your linked Stake account; a single bet can back a single claim, and eligible claims are honoured on a first-come basis up to the stated number.

Bonus-hunt guesses close once results are revealed; the closest eligible guesses win coin prizes. Tournaments follow the bracket and rules published for each event. One entry or guess per person, per event.

The leaderboard ranks tracked wager over a period set by Stake. Wager missions reset each new leaderboard and are judged on that period’s wager. Level-up bonuses are based on your lifetime tracked wager and are claimable once you reach a tier.

All standings, wager totals and reward figures are drawn from third-party data, may be delayed or estimated, and are not final until verified and paid.

Coins are a free loyalty reward. They are not money, currency or a financial instrument, and you cannot buy them, sell them, or transfer them between accounts. In your hands coins hold no cash value — they can only be redeemed for rewards in the store, some of which may carry a monetary value (such as a Stake tip), at our discretion and while those rewards are available.

Coins can only be redeemed for items in the store, while those items are available and in stock. We may change how coins are earned, adjust or expire balances, remove store items, or discontinue the coins program entirely at any time, without compensation.

The welcome bonus is a one-time reward for genuinely new players who join on the code and meet the stated requirements. Players already tracked on a leaderboard at launch, and anyone we find to be a returning or duplicate account, are not eligible.

Every reward is subject to verification. We may adjust, delay, reduce, withhold or cancel any reward — and reverse coins or claims already credited — where we reasonably suspect error, fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or a breach of these Terms.

Where a genuine dispute arises, we will act in good faith, but our decision on eligibility and rewards is final.

One account per person. Creating or operating multiple or linked accounts, colluding, using bots or automation, faking identity or location, exploiting bugs, or otherwise manipulating the rewards system will result in forfeiture of all rewards and a permanent ban.

To detect abuse we use device and network signals in a privacy-preserving way — described in our Privacy Policy — so that no raw personal identifiers are exposed.

We may require proof of identity or account ownership before releasing a reward; if you cannot verify, the reward may be withheld. Cash rewards are paid manually to your linked Stake account, typically within the stated window — timing is not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for any taxes or charges that apply to rewards you receive.

You agree not to defraud the Site, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, manipulate leaderboards or guesses, harass others, or otherwise abuse the Site or its rewards.

We may withhold rewards, suspend access, or ban any user we believe is acting in bad faith.

The Site relies on independent third parties including Stake, Kick and Discord. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of any third-party service, including changes they make that affect tracking or rewards.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Leaderboard standings, wager totals, reward figures and other data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment or gambling advice. Gambling carries real risk of loss — please play responsibly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rickashay and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the Site or participation in any promotion. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the specific reward in question.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any promotion at any time, including for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Site and unlink your accounts at any time.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
